Aletheia House is looking for customer service representatives for the Birmingham, AL
area. The area served is Jefferson County, AL.
Location of Position: Birmingham, AL
Office Location: 2100 16th Avenue South, Suite 301, Birmingham, AL 35205
Position Summary: Customer service representatives will take applications for rental
assistance from landlords and tenants. Customer service representatives work closely
with the chief operating officer.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Processing applications for rental assistance from landlords and tenants
-Providing high levels of customer service
-Collecting and reporting documentation in the prescribed manner
Qualifications:
-Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
-Knowledge of rental assistance or customer services processes helpful
Job Salary:
$20.00 per Hour
Hours: P/T Non-Exempt – Monday – Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Total 25 Hours – (12 weeks)
