Aletheia House is looking for a Program Assistant for the Colbert County, AL area.

The Program Assistant is responsible for serving as a Program Assistant for the Colbert County office. The Program Assistant works closely with the Treatment Services Coordinator to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.
-Answer phone, making follow-up phone calls, take messages, and relay messages for staff.
-Scheduling appointments, reminding program participants of appointments
-Assist with organizing data for submission to appropriate personnel.
-Assist with organizing billing.
-Quality assurance of documentation
-ASAIS data entry
-Office Supply Purchases
-Collect staff paperwork.
-Monitor waiting area and greet guests.
-Perform clerical and administrative duties.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Treatment Services Coordinator.
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
$13.00 – $15.00 per Hour
Hours: P/T Non-Exempt – Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm, Total 29 Hours
