Aletheia House is looking for a Program Assistant for the Selma, AL area. The counties serviced will be Dallas, Wilcox, Butler, and Crenshaw.
Office Location: Selma, AL
The Program Assistant is responsible for providing support to direct staff by providing daily operations in office. The Program Assistant will provide program support to individuals, groups, and/or family counseling to program participants by working to help manage front office and billing duties. The Program Assistant works closely with the Treatment Coordinator. The Program Assistant works to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.
- Answer phone, take messages, and relay messages for staff.
- Assist with organizing data for submission to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with organizing billing.
- Schedule Assessments
- Collect staff paperwork.
- Monitor waiting area and greet guests.
Perform clerical and administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Treatment Coordinator.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
$13.00 per Hour
Hours: P/T Temporary – Non-Exempt – Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 2:30 pm, Total 27.5 Hours
