Aletheia House is looking for a project manager to work for our Emergency Rental Assistance Program in Birmingham.  The area serviced is Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

Position Summary:
The project manager will manage a team of employees who will take applications for rental assistance from landlords and tenants. The project manager works closely with the chief operating officer to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Ability to effectively manage a team of employees who will be processing applications for rental assistance from landlords and tenants.

-Ensure all services are provided with high levels of customer service

-Ensure all documentation is collected and reported in the prescribed manner

-Demonstrate ability to manage teams that are required to pay attention to details

-Perform other duties as assigned by the chief operating officer and/or executive director.


-Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Project management experience preferred

-Management experience preferred

-Valid Driver’s License required


Job Salary: 




F/T, Non-Exempt – Monday – Thursday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Total 35 Hours
