Treatment Coordinator

Aletheia House is looking for a treatment coordinator to provide behavioral health services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder, including an opioid use disorder for our Huntsville office location. The area served is Madison County.
Position Summary:
The treatment coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of adult outpatient programs. The treatment coordinator works closely with the chief operating officer and associate director of operations to accomplish the goals and mission of the Aletheia House.
Duties Include:
-Oversee the daily operational activities of the office
-Managing the substance use disorder treatment services provided in Huntsville
-Provide supervision to program staff
-Serve as the liaison between the agency and community partners
-Review and approve treatment plans
-Conduct psycho-social assessments as needed
-Review case plans and charts
-Provide appropriate resolution for consumer issues and concerns
-Facilitate meetings designed to improve the quality of services and report on the same the associate director of operations.
-Oversee the timely, complete, and accurate completion of documentation as required by the Aletheia House and other regulatory agencies.
-Conduct regular reviews of documentation by staff and report on the same to the chief operating officer
-Perform other duties as assigned by the chief operating officer, associate director of operations and/or executive director.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Knowledge and experience related to the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring substance use and mental disorders
-Ability to manage a team with diverse members and work collaboratively with other program staff
Qualifications:
-Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health with a clinical practicum
-Licensure as an LPC, LICSW preferred
-Licensure or certification must be obtained within 30 months of hire
-At least five years’ experience providing substance abuse treatment services preferred
-Must be eligible to provide Medicaid services
-Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
-Motor Vehicle Report required
Job Salary:
$50,540 – $62,000
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (May include evenings and weekends)
