Program Assistant, Opelika, (#0359)

Aletheia House is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance abuse.  The county serviced will be Lee.

 

Location of Position:  Opelika, Alabama

 

Position Summary:
The program assistant is responsible for providing support to the Public Health Partnership program.  The Program Assistant works closely with the HIV Services Coordinator to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer phone, making follow-up phone calls, take messages, and relay messages for staff.

-Scheduling appointments, reminding program participants of appointments.

-Assist with organizing program data.

-Assist with organizing and submitting billing documentation.

-Purchase office supplies.

-File

-Greet guests.
-Perform clerical and administrative duties.

-Perform other duties as assigned by the HIV Services Coordinator.

 

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or GED preferred.

-Relevant experience preferred.

 

Job Salary: 

$13.00 – $15.00 per hour

 

Hours:

F/T Non-Exempt – Monday-Friday – 8:30 am – 4:30 pm; Total Hours – 40
