The property clerk will facilitate property clerk administration. The property clerk works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to accomplish the mission and service goals of Aletheia House. The area served is Jefferson County.
Location of Position: Birmingham, AL
Office Location of Position: 1541 Charter East Circle, Birmingham, AL 35215
-Answer telephone calls related to housing
-Answer questions in a professional and appropriate manner
-Record and distribute work orders
-Assist property management specialist with tenant information
-Attend staff meetings and trainings as required
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and/or Executive Director.
-2 years of experience in housing, property leasing, or real estate a plus
-High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
-High level of professionalism
-Driver’s License required
-Motor Vehicle Report required
$15.00 per Hour
P/T, Non-Exempt, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
